About to start Athlean-X. Have some questions.
I am about to start Athlean-x from next week. I have a few questions :
- Are the AX supplements absolutely necessary ? Can I substitute with equivalent whey protein etc ?
- I know this is bad, but I have a habit of having caffeine/tea with sugar and milk twice a day at least , morning / evening. I have begun to replace milk with skimmed/almond milk, but just wanted to know how bad caffeine is for getting ripped.
- Due to nature of my work, i can't follow the meal plan timings as is. I usually have a late dinner and of course i can't have the post dinner snacks since its late and i am full. How will this affect the program timeline and results. ?
